We get it! It's hard to picture what a piece will look like until you have it in your hands. Because of this, we offer a 14-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
If your item comes damaged, please contact us immediately.
After 14 days we can no longer accept returns and can only provide an exchange or store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The length of time it takes for the funds to return to your account is dependent on your bank.

You can exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your package. Please send us a message through our contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the next steps.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you receive an exchange, you will be credited with the cost of the item sans shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
